Annual Maintenance Contract
Eco Planet Elevators International Private Limited will provide One year of Service and Maintenance after the installation and handover procedure. Following the Corporate Warranty Period, we offer the following three types of Annual Maintenance Contracts; you can select any of the AMC plans that meet your requirements.

Silver Package

Maintenance Service & Breakdowns are only covered under this Contract. Elevator Spares replacement will be charged extra

Gold Package

All Elevator Spares (Excluding Door Sensor, Rope, Machine Drive, Contactors, Controller, Motherboard, Machine, Door Drive, Light and Batteries are not covered under this contract.)

Platinum Package

All Elevator Spares are covered under this contract.

Note:

• Any Physical Damages, Accidental Damages, or Tempering by unauthorized person are not covered by any of the above packages. For any assistance, please contact our customer care so that our representative can contact you for assistance. Contact – 1800-123-9096

• Annual Maintenance Contract will be taken up on receipt of Signed Agreement Copy along with relevant payment and also upon clearing of all pending dues pertaining to Supply installation testing and commissioning of said elevator(if any).
